How can you get started or take your artistic creations to the next level? Let’s learn sketching. As the foundation of artistic creation, learning sketching plays an irreplaceable role. It helps students better understand concepts like form, light and shadow, perspective, and depth of field, which in turn improves their creative skills. Of course, sketching itself is also a creative technique.
In the five-week short-term course, students will quickly grasp the relationship between light, shadow, and form through life drawing, and ultimately showcase their learning outcomes by independently completing a complex piece. In the long-term course, the instructor will guide students in exploring more sketching techniques, such as using different materials and mediums to create works, making even simple sketches lively and engaging.
